Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at diego.dc@gmx.de before sending any item back.

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• We do not accept returns without prior contact.
• Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or a full refund.
